Job Summary
Wilson Brown Sock Company is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and sales operations. This position is responsible for answering phones and emails, entering customer orders, assisting with problem solving, and providing outstanding customer support. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who communicates warmly and professionally — someone our customers can hear smiling on the other end of the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails professionally and promptly.
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, order updates, and problem resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers by learning their businesses and understanding their needs.
- Develop knowledge of Wilson Brown products, sock styles, and available services.
- Communicate with customers in a positive, patient, and helpful manner.
- Work with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism, dependability, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with additional office and customer service duties as needed.
