Sock Finishing Associate

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Sock Finishing Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for boarding socks, pairing and folding finished products, and packaging socks for shipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, works efficiently, and contributes positively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Board socks to ensure proper shape, size, and finish
- Pair socks accurately by size, color, and style
- Fold socks neatly according to company standards
- Package finished socks for inventory or shipment
- Inspect socks for quality, defects, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
Experience & Education
- Manufacturing or textile experience preferred, but not required
- Training provided

- Standing for extended periods and light lifting required
